1. Introduction

Hongke Gao, lecturer, served as Deputy Secretary General of the Sub-society for Mining Rock Mechanics of the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering (CSRME), Director of the Sub-society for Soft Rock and Deep Disaster Control of the CSRME, and Member of the Mine Excavation and Support Professional Committee of the CSRME. Selected for the National Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program. Responsible for leading the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund, National Key Research and Development Program sub projects, and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.

Published 30 SCI/EI indexed papers, selected 4 ESI highly cited papers and 2 hot papers. Authorized 37 national invention patents and 4 software copyrights. Received scientific and technological awards such as the first prize of Science and Technology Progress from the Ministry of Education, the first prize of Science and Technology Progress from Shandong Province, the first prize of Science and Technology Progress from the Chinese Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, the first prize of Science and Technology Progress in Engineering Construction, and the first prize of Youth Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, as well as honors such as National Excellent Postdoctoral Fellow in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Excellent Doctoral Dissertation from Shandong Province, and Excellent Doctoral Dissertation from the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering.
